Dan provides a well structured program that meets the individual’s needs. His intense workouts pushes you to your limits, as a result, ending with a desire to achieve maximum health benefits and physic level. Each session provides various exercises to avoid reaching a plateau. Ultimately, his workout program is fun but at the same time challenging. It’s a great sweat!!!
It has been over a year I have been training with Dan. At first, my goal was to get physically stronger and strengthen my back.
